Parents/Guardians are informed and should be aware that, in accordance with the European Standards Regulation 679/2016 Protection of Personal Data which comes in effect on the 25th May 2018, the personal data collected will be held in a named student file and electronic database. These files are the responsibility of WINGATE SCHOOL SL and will be used in order to manage, monitor and evaluate students.

Similarly, WINGATE SCHOOL SL informs all parents/guardians of the existence of photographic data and videography for security purposes, advertising and website information. WINGATE SCHOOL, SL, will retain your personal information to maintain a historical record and will save and display the photographs for school publicity purposes (e.g. class pictures, events and school activities).

In addition, student data will be transferred to other public authorities to comply with the relevant lawful regulation.

The data will be stored at least for 4 years or more if there are communications and in any case until the cancellation is requested by the data subject.

• Please ensure you register your child to take part in Wonder Camps by completing the registration form and completing the payment.
• There is a maximum of 30 students for this Wonder Camp.
• All spaces are subject to availability based on ratios.
• Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• The school will require a 3 week notice before start day, to remove your child from the Wonder Camp and 50% will be refunded.
• Please note that failure to pay for Wonder Camps in advance means that you forfeit your child's place.
• The camp will not be running during weekends.
• Please ensure your child has the appropriate clothing and footwear for the Camps. Incorrect clothing may result in your child not being able to participate in specific activities. Your child must bring sun cream, a cap, and a refillable bottle of water every day for the outdoor activities.
• Your child must always bring a snack and a packed lunch, Wonder Camps does not provide catering service, nor bus transportation.
• Your child must always participate, and demonstrate good attitude and behaviour in all the different activities. Failure to do this means they can be expelled from the camp with no refund available.
• Please ensure your child is collected from the camp at 15:45 every day.
• A ‘late pick-up charge’ might be applied if failure to do so.
• Emergency contacts and child's essential health information (allergies) must be provided upon registration.
• Once registrations are closed after the due date, a late fee will be applied for late registrations.
